Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment or making a payment through this website, you agree to the following terms:

  • Services include online (video/telephonic) and direct (in-person) homeopathic consultations.
  • Payments collected are strictly for consultation fees and prescribed medicines.
  • Medicines are dispensed directly by the practitioner from personal medical stock.
  • No separate retail pharmacy is operated.
  • All services comply with Indian medical regulations.
  • Payments are accepted only in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Services are intended only for patients located within India.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • A nominal fee of ₹1000 will be charged for video consultation
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation is completed.
  • Missed appointments or no-shows are not eligible for refund.
  • If consultation is cancelled by the practitioner, rescheduling or refund may be offered.
  • Medicines once dispensed or shipped are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
